You are so lucky to have you kids

they might run you in circles

but they show the love you have found in them

keeps the world spinning away

beauty in your arms separates the frame

opening our eyes to the lovely pain

taking care of your heart paints

a picture into your eyes deeply plain

infamous love hold us in trust

till we fall for a better rush hours

pass slowly down the street from you

it seems to be the loveliest thing

explained to me that we are having a lot more

of this force from God’s course

rushing to the source Jesus finds his freedom

slipping away from the moment you see them

the ones he frees to hold us

close numb to what we have done

but still filled with the light above the sun
